In Engineering, we were rowdy as hell, but had a next to no tolerance policy for racism and sexism. I don't buy that *everyone* did this.

We had a lot of eyes on us though.
We had a mascot drawing that was accused of being racist - it wasn't - it was basically an emoticon before those existed - but we changed it anyway.
