pped 3% in GOP districts to about 53K

So, I assume when you say "larger numbers" you mean proportion wise, because yes our districts are more populated, butin any case, to get to "larger numbers" of below the poverty line you'd have to assume a pretty large variance in our mean? (Possible, but based on what? if we have more high tech jobs and college graduates, the logic is the opposite of that--)
