But I think the intent of the 25th amendment was to focus on physical and mental fitness. Impeachment is a different kind of fitness for office.

Corruption, protecting personal interests over national interests, protecting the constitution, etc. fall within impeachment grounds. I'm not arguing with you that actual legal corruption is an easier case to make and more likely to succeed. I just don't think that's the actual standard.
