Me too, and I'd also be interested in "anything goes" impeachment powers professional interpretations

Spoilers: Cass Sunstein's book does not support that view, even though he says it's a broad power that is not just defined by criminal statutes on the books today, he says the idea is crimes as the framers understood the term. Certainly, his view, perhaps one of the most definitive, is nowhere near the "he offended me" standard
