I must be the only person who has expected (spoiler?) to win the AEW Women's belt.

I expected it to be Riho from the start. Omega pretty much runs the AEW women's division. Not only is he close with Riho, but he's a big fan of her type of wrestling as well as her in particular. I also think it makes more sense and sets up better possible matches. So far most of what I have seen from Rose is the bully using their size to beat smaller opponents. It isn't a style that is a draw for me. That character is the type of heel that (imo) works best as someone chasing after the belt, not as the champion. The other issue is that if Riho loses, who eventually beats Rose and how long will that take? The main argument I have for Rose winning is to balance out her earlier loss to Riho (in a triple threat match).
Also, I see the cards and it just make me think someone at WWE is a lot more worried about AEW than most people think. I could be reading it wrong. I haven't followed WWE in a while so 3 title matches on a non-PPV show could be a regular thing for them.
