The previous administration in Ukraine was somewhat more accommodating towards Russia than the present one. Operatives of that administration planted the seeds for the conspiracy theory pursued by Giuliani and Trump. Trump puts the squeeze on current Ukrainian President to investigate Biden.

Plausible that this is all a Russian intelligence misinformation campaign and it isn’t that Trump and the republicans that are scared of a President Biden so much as Putin is?
