I found it an interesting conversation to hear. Neither man was heated, they were having a friendly conversation.

The one man didn't see why it was a big deal as a Canadian.
The other man didn't really seem bothered, just seemed to think it was something you should be wise enough not to do.

I don't know the racial history in Canada.
