The bigger portion of the bill is the ER, actually. I had some major abdominal pains five days after the colonoscopy, in the middle of the night. Which also happened to be the night before I was meant to fly to Tokyo for work. So I hit the ER. Turned out to be unrelated issues, per the ER.
The ER piece is actually around 700-750. The colonoscopy is only around $200 so far, not including the dispute anesthesiologist bill which I'm told should be $100 but is billing at $400.
