they gave me a verbal offer yesterday, I said I would sleep on it and get back to them today....

they verbal amount was "X" dollars.

When I came in this morning and accepted, they said, great, just waiting to hear how much of that is salary and how much is incentive based.....

so basically, that "X" number yesterday was all incentive based. My salary is much lower than that X number plus my current salary.

I don't believe they will make good on the bonus amounts, because they are screwing several people here on their bonuses now.
