So your "guaranteed" money is much lower, but the "possible" number is higher? That's tough.

I get a decent salary and *can* bonus, but I usually don't, mostly because I don't care to kill myself and my employees trying to get a few extra thousand a year. I don't need the additional stress, and we put in 50-60 hour weeks already.

(I usually get ~1/3 of my possible bonus, without the extra stress.)
