you don't care: I'm pretty convinced the only reason freedom of religion is enshrined in the US constitution is because they couldn't agree on one.

I'm pretty sure everyone except maybe Jefferson would've been pretty happy to have a state religion, but they were all afraid it wouldn't be theirs, and that someone else would try and push their own to the forefront. thus, freedom of religion.
