Has it been mentioned that the Ravens basically got Marcus Peters for free.

My understanding is that they traded Kenny Young and the pick they got for that kicker. They got Young with a pick they picked up for dropping back in the draft. They reportedly still got the player they wanted (Mark Andrews) when they dropped back.
I think one big selling point for them is that if they don't bring Peters back they will likely get a comp pick for him. Baltimore loves comp picks.
