it's fluid, but I'd rather have 13% support in a fluid race than 5% in a locked in race.

He's got a path. This small-town mayor is 4th in the Democratic party race...when so many other more visible people have fallen by the wayside, there's a reason he's in that spot.

He's got a compelling story. And he's got the money to do something about it.
