What about foreign governments buying up hotel rooms at his properties and not using them. Does there need to be evidence of a quid pro quo or is the

effort to use his properties to gain influence enough. There's also this article about how he constantly talks up his properties to foreign leaders. As usual, he has the mob-like veneer of never saying exactly the "thing" while it's very clear exactly what he's talking about.
