also since the tories look likely to win popular vote, do they start calling for electoral reform? as a party I say no, but there'll still be a fair

I doubt it. More it helps slow the roll of progressives who assume prop rep is their easy ticket to permanent gov’t.

I mean, I'd be open to expanding parliament to 400 or so to even things out better but any plausible redistribution at 338

I'd say the only egregious one is PEI, otherwise MB/SK are on par with the maritimes. On Quebec, I don't see a good argument for over-representation.
