If TO is anything like here in Montreal, 99% of the time pedestrian have a cross signal if the light is green for cars -- nm

Unless it’s a protected left turn (green arrow) you’ll get a walk signal here. I’ve almost been hit twice by drivers making left turns near our house. -- nm
