I'm trying to distinguish between Friends-style sitcoms, where the wildest thing is a flashback to when they were in the 80s, vs impossibly unrealistic employment scenarios, fantasy sequences, and crazy dialogue for the sake of it in these other sitcoms.

Maybe 2007-2016 was the best 10-year decade?
