I gotta go the 2000's. Scrubs was great there and probably only takes the bronze overall.

30 Rock is absolutely amazing and I don't think you can write the story of TV Comedy without The Office.
Without The Office, you don't have Modern Family or the other hidden camera genre.
Overall, the latter half is deeper (The Good Place has to be added), but the first half is more key
