From what I understand, it's more like a big mall getting sold, and the owners saying "everyone needs be a shoe store."

All the Antie Anne's and Sunglass Huts, as well as the food court, are going to be like "eff off."
Then even the shoe stores, which also sell socks and hats, told them to eff off.
