The Supreme Court is undoing systematically the few laws that were given to us by Democratic Congresses.

Yeah it would be great to not have Trump in the WH but any laws that manage to get passed beyond tax laws stand no chance whatsoever.

There was no circuit split, no disagreement that we have this power, the Solicitor General indeed waived our right to file a response to the cert petition, is how silly the case seemed toe veryone.
