I would go slightly more berserk over this. I'd point out to AirBNB that it is still listed. They're supposed to protect against it

They should help you book a place of equal or greater cost without charging you any more.

This has happened to me repeatedly on AirBnB now during key dates (LA for NYE, Toronto for TIFF). The host will say something like "Oh there's a leak, sorry cancelled" (even if you say "I love leaks!") and then relist it for a higher price.

It defeats the entire purpose of Airbnb.
