This isn't happening at every track, right? Something is wrong at Santa Anita and there needs to be a serious investigation by outside people not connected to the track, its owners, etc.

I think at one point the track was shut down for a bit. But horses kept dying there after it was reopened. I don’t understand why it is allowed to - Diva Nov 3, 06:16
