There is *NOTHING* this clown did in Miami to justify an immediate recycle hire.
Whatever, whoever was involved in that process should be removed from the process completely.

The GM that hired him was fired and sadly we can't force the Johnson's to sell the team. I'm sure there were others that were all in on Gase
