My expected expiration of interest in No Man's Sky hit this weekend. Great update in Beyond but I'm seemingly just not cut out for the game

Too open without much impetus to do anything specific.
I did, however, start playing The Long Dark a bit (I hadn't played since early access) and the story mode is pretty solid. Enjoying going through that
All of that was done while waiting for The Other Worlds to download and install from my new XBox Ultimate pass. I will be starting that this week I think.
