So - last weekend Carrie and I did a massive consolidation of pictures and shit. We had them on laptops, desktops, hard drives, phones - blah, blah.
We consolidated them all onto 1 hard drive. It was a process, but we completed it while on a camping trip last weekend.
We brought everything home and had a plan to back it all up on a 2nd hard drive. However - now the updated one is not being recognized on any computer.
We get the message:
E:\ is not accessible
The parameter is incorrect.
So - I went into Devices and Printers, found the drive. Right clicked and checked properties for it to tell me that the drive is working properly...so no errors there.
Any ideas of what I can do to not lose everything on this drive? I don't care if the drive is toast, I'll get another. I just have to be able to recover all the stuff on this, if at all possible.
Anyone with any experience with this shit?
I'm like sick to my stomach over this right now - I can NOT lose all of our pictures. Just can't.
