Shady Rays sunglasses will replace 2 sets of sunglasses if you lose/scratch/break/whatever for free.

And they usually have a BOGO sale once or twice a year.
So for $45-$50, you can get 2 pairs of sunglasses, and you'll be able to replace them (so essentially, 4 more pairs) whenever.
It's a pretty great deal. I've lost 2, emailed them, and had new ones in a few days for free.
