Fridays. I've done the Monday off, Tuesday - Friday schedule and it fucking sucks.

Assuming people have choices, there will be people there on Monday and you will come in for your Monday, expected to be up to speed on the stuff you weren't there for. You basically lose more time because you have to catch up to eveyrone else.
