With 38% of precincts reporting Bevin leads Beshear for KY Gov 52.3% to 45.6%. Libertarian has 2.1%.

Louisville and Lexington have barely reported anything yet. They will go stongly Beshear (there are only a few counties in the state that are predominately Democrat).

There was an interesting article this morning (and I can't find where it's from) about the significance of this race. If Bevin wins then states will begin kicking people off Medicaid if they aren't working. KY was the first state to get the OK from the Feds to do this. There's a case in the court system working it's way up to SCOTUS (in Appeals now) to determine the legality.
