Like I've said, 2016 broke some people's brains on the way things are "supposed" to work.

Like, Bush was bad, but "bad within normal parameters". Trump broke the parameters. People haven't had a chance to reset since then so it the tension continues to ramp up without an outlet in their heads, despite clear signs that things are reverting (mid terms, last night). And like, they've made their arguments to people around them and those. people. didn't. change!!! But that's anecdotal and part of the definition of insanity. I really really think many people need to unplug and are not built to handle these times, which is not the same thing as saying they should give in and stop resisting.
