LIR: a burning pain in your back sounds like spinal nerve compression, I had one in my neck, couldn't lay down

I was fine in the day moving around, but whn I laid down, oy, burning like a blow torch, had to use my hand to grab my hair to lift my head off the pillow, I even slept sitting two nights
