I use Invisalign and though the initial trays were harsh, the recent ones have been comfy, like wearing a snug vest.

I only once had one irritate the inside of my cheek. And if I do a lot of talking I tend to want to take them out because of the way my tongue stumbles against them with some letters, otherwise no issues.
