did they start manufacturing the IG-series droids, and at some point the guy running the mos eisley cantina got a hold of a couple scrapped droids and turned their heads into drink dispensers?
(I'm basing this on the assumption that the Mandalorain show takes place well before New Hope, as i haven't seen anything on Mandalorian yet)
