My take on this was shock that they would apologize for doing their job. If you are at a public protest, you may get your picture published.

For the editors to apologize for basic "reporting" and research on a story is ridiculous.
The Medill school at Northwestern has been regarded as one of the top schools in the nation.
A learning experience, sure, but what are they teaching?
