I've found the articles posted here very informative on the subject. As the popcorn lung article indicates, the EU regulations on this stuff his probably the largest cause as to why they don't have this problem

When I started vaping I was very concerned about this. My vape guy had good info. Diacetyl is more common in "creamy" flavors like butterscotch. Not -- nm

all flavors contain it. I preferred natural fruity flavors so didn't worry too much about it. I am off the vape now since ~Sept. -- nm
