They're stealing signs all game long. Not just when there's a guy on 2nd base. Normally you only really have to worry when there's a guy looking right at the catcher. They eliminated that and watch the catcher all game long. They're stealing signs with no one on base and their batters have had a major advantage over every other player in the league.
