... oh, and it just occurred to me ... I once went to used car dealership in the 99-00 and offered to make them an interactive listing service ...

... they shot me down because the price was too steep.
Now they're out of business.
Guess they couldn't be competitive with Craigslist after all ... if I had built them the system, they could have cornered the used car market in BC with it.
