I wouldn't order it or really any of the pastas. There is no real quality assurances with them.

Unlike everything else in the stores that are made and used fresh daily, pastas are so time consuming and not purchased as often they are possibly not fresh.

And not fresh cheese substances are not a good idea to consume.
