My bad to begin with. We have a dmarc that has the "test jacks" for POTS lines as well as the punchdown. We've always just used the test jacks in

production (it's just easier to wire) even though I know it's not the right way. The other tenants, of course, have the wires punched down to their suites. I just went through and was going to terminate anything that wasn't plugged into the test jack and totally forgot about the tenant wiring.

Now I'm second guessing all the terminations I sent hoping some of them weren't hard wired to alarm systems or fire systems, etc.
