Not sure if they still have Pak N Save down there. But we have an equivalent to that here called Winco.

I shop HEB. They do EDLP. Roma and regular are the same price.

Pak n Save is more of a bay area thing, but we've got Food 4 Less, Winco, and Super Wal Mart.
