We have boneless chicken breasts at least 3-4 times a week.

Cooked different ways with different spices though, otherwise it would really get boring.
And yeah, I prefer to shop for dinner each night too that way nothing ever gets bought that isn't needed for that night's dinner so nothing goes bad, nothing gets wasted.
