Season 2; the Super Bowl episode (the lingerie on a plane epi)...they end the bad organization.

ten episodes later; they do the 2 years lost plotline, which is Reboot #2 only 45 episodes in.

Chuck *might* be on reboot #1 with the Season 2 finale.
