he knows he got the positive news from the 'order' that accomplishes nothing.

Just like DADT...he could very simply let the courts rule on it as existing law and then deal with the exact same outcome, changing it legislatively if it goes against him; but no, his admin got the court challenge killed becuase they want to change it legislatively.

So now, he's not only for DADT (which he says he's not, but he just made clear he is), but he's in the exactly the same boat as if the court ruled; either way.
