There's been half a dozen moves in about 25 years in football....2 of which were Raiders.

but it's not *that* common overall.
In the major sports, baseball's empty
the NBA had the Vancouver Grizzlies move to Memphis
the NFL had the Colts in 84; the Rams, the Raiders, the Titans, the Ravens,
the NHL has the Winnipeg Jets to Phoenix; the Hartford Whalers to Carolina and the Minnesota North Stars to Dallas iirc.
