If you really thought you were defending against a cruise missile, two intercepting missiles would seem to be a minimum response

Though....look, I get that cruise missiles are unpiloted jet planes and that a 737 is no A380 so might be considered a small jetliner
But relatively, a cruise missile is like this big (holds fingers apart) and a 737 is this BIG (holds arms apart)
