My buddy read this proposal from Sarah from Survivor.

Everyone goes to tribal every week and votes. The votes aren’t read out loud, just recorded. Nobody leaves.

You keep doing that all season and the winner is whoever gets the fewest votes.

So you could have alliances where they are all actually voting for each other the whole time.

Instead of immunity idols, you could win the ability to erase votes. You could erase votes on someone other than yourself. You could learn the vote total for someone other than yourself.

The paranoia would be unreal.

I think you couldn’t do it all season. So maybe it’s the twist after the merge. Once you get to ten or something. Or you do it purge style where it’s a couple weeks and you get rid of a couple people at a time, etc.
