No change. Bolton is different because he said he's willing to testify. But, Trump will assert executive privilege and then this will head to the

courts. Which makes it drag out longer. Not great for him in this case either (and different than dragging it out with the others when there's the possibility that they might provided exculpatory evidence (i.e. lie).
