The impact is somewhat lessened as the MAX was not (yet) a major part of their fleet (lots of MAX still on order). But they had to cancel flights

I know Southwest cancelled flights. It made selection to Atlanta (nonstop) more difficult with completely full flights. Raised the price too. -- nm
