While the CIWL archives are more than just the Orient Express, given that CIWL basically broke apart and disappeared, the goal is locating the "Orient Express archives" (since no one would know what the "CIWL archives" are). And Google says, apparently, that they're at the National Archives in the UK, which makes sense. The presumption would be that when Belmond assumed the Orient Express assets from CIWL (before CIWL was absorded by Accor), that included the archives. Which, they then probably donated to the National Archives.
