Word to your mother, brother.
If this loss does nothing else I hope it causes someone to do something that prevents this from happening to them. We had a close friend at church who lost their brother suddenly a few years ago and I would be lying if I didn't say it affected me and got my fat ass into better shape. Sometimes there is nothing you can do to prevent it but whatever power we have, we should be taking. Life is to fucking short. I'm just so sad for his family to have lost him. As much sadness as we are feeling, it must be exponential for them.
