No. You can sometimes take the MV Lady Rose from Port Alberni to Ucluelet & a bus to Tofino, or you can fly by sea plane. Or drive.

A ferry trip from Victoria to Tofino would be a constantly-thrashed experience and would take at least five hours, so I don't think it's been done except by charter.
